Welcome to My Type Paper Co.

Hi, I'm Alix! A freelance Graphic Designer from Ottawa, Canada. After working in the corporate world doing design and project management for others, My Type Paper Co. bloomed from my love of being creative and the need to build and nurture something that I could call my own.

Each item in the shop was created because it served a purpose or was inspired by something in my own life. My intention is to always help make your life a little easier, to give you lots of options or to help bring some sparkle into your day!

Working on My Type Paper Co. and allowing it to grow and evolve has been incredibly rewarding. My most popular item, the Daily Check-in Gratitude and Positivity Journal is a piece I'm particularly proud of. Knowing that a simple sequence of journal prompts and a way of journaling I would personally find helpful when I needed it most is actually out in the world helping others who might be struggling, makes my heart feel incredibly full. I hope to create more pieces like this in hopes to help bring some functionality and peace of mind while allowing you to journal, plan workouts or even practice tarot, YOUR way.

Where should I print my new digital download?

That's totally up to you! The final files are high res, 300 DPI print ready JPGS or PDF files which are accepted by most print places. Either print at home, at your local print centre, or an online printer like Jukebox Print or Vista Print.

Can I resell your designs?

My Type Paper Co. templates and final output are for PERSONAL USE ONLY and may not be resold or redistributed.

Why are the PDF templates password protected? What does that mean?

All PDF downloads from My Type Paper Co. are password protected/secure. The intended use of these templates is to be printed and written on or brought in to an app like GoodNotes 5 to be written on digitally. The password is in place to protect my work from being copied or altered.

If you have questions or would like to do something specific with these templates please send me a message. I'm always happy to supply options or answer your questions.

Will I remove the password? No. My work has already been stolen, copied and resold on this platform so I need to do all I can to protect it further.
